My Summer Bucket List 2019!

Hi everyone! I hope you’re well 💖 Now that I’ve closed off the chapter that was (otherwise known as Spring 😂) I can unapologetically cast my sight on Summer in all its glory! 🌞 I’m so excited for the new season!! There seems to be a lot of stuff happening (most of it is out of my comfort zone which is brilliant but scary at the same time). I will be sure to keep you updated every step of the way and fill the lil memory vault I’ve got going on here with this blog (I can track back so many things thanks to the wonder that is a search bar 🙌😂).

Was there really any point in revisiting my Spring Bucket List early if it meant I was only going to put up my Summer bucket list on the correct date (the official start of summer)? 🙈😂 I dunno but nonetheless we are here and I’ve got goals to share for the new season so let’s get cracking!

Wake up earlier 😴

I’m terrible for sleeping in 🙈 The thing is, I find it really hard to fall asleep whether it’s because I have a painful flare-up or I just randomly can’t so I end up falling asleep late and waking up late too. This one is going to be TOUGH but I’mma try! 😂

Give away stuff I don’t need

Earlier this month I wrote a post about how I’m getting rid of things I feel are holding me back (you can read it HERE if you want!) and today I would like to set myself the goal of having it all gone by the end of Summer! 😬 Do you think I can do it?…do I even think I can do it? 😂 We’ll see how it goes but I hope it works out as I don’t want to have finally got to this stage of wanting the stuff gone and do a full 360° on the decision as I would never forgive myself 😂.

Keep up my driving lessons

These have been put on hold because of my health + built up nerves as time has gone by but I’m ready to get back into my driving lessons as it’s a good string to my bow as they say! (Whoever they are 🤷😂).

Enter a writing competition

The last time I entered one was 2 years ago (and I wrote about it HERE….God I write about a lot of things that go on don’t I? 😂) and I want to make that step again as you never know what might happen if you don’t put yourself out there!

Take more trips to the beach 🏖️

The last time I was at the beach (earlier this month) I was reminded of how therapeutic it can be and I resolved that I would take more trips there. There are loads of beaches where I live, the closest being 15 minutes away, so there is no reason why this shouldn’t happen more than it already does!

Do something new

I’d like to think that when I revisit this post at the end of Summer this “something” will have occurred whatever it is 😂 I’m not including trying new products or changing up my routine, I mean something that will create a memory. There are a couple of things in the pipeline that look like they could go towards this but I’ll just have to wait and see!

    1. Isn’t it!! I hope you find a way too do it soon. Summer mornings are really the best time to get into it when you wake up hearing the birds tweeting 🐦 so I’m really hoping I can get a hold of a routine fast 😂 Thank you so much for reading! 😊💖

  1. I love this series, Elsie! It’s so positive and inspiring. Your goals look awesome — I love the idea of spending more time at the beach. I went to Mexico in February and have been missing the beach ever since! x
