My First Photo Dump! πŸ˜„…πŸ˜πŸ˜³πŸ™ˆ

Hi everyone! How are you? ❀ Today I will be doing my first ever photo dump! (In the blogging community that statement is self-explanatory but it still sounds a bit foul if you ask me! πŸ’©πŸ˜‚). Most of the following photos are from my trip to the beach last week but I’ve thrown in a few others gathered throughout July aswell at the end and I hope you like them as much as I do! Maybe I could make this a reoccurring thing on here as it was unexplainably calming sorting though the ones I wanted to include and adding short captions! πŸ˜„

Right, so here we go!…

This bridge has certainly held the test of time over the years since I last saw it when our oldest dog Ruby was a pup and it brought back a good few memories πŸ•

The water looked so dreamy and murky as we strolled along. I found it difficult not to go walking towards it as I looked at it which as you can imagine made it a dangerous venture across the bridge!

More Breathtaking scenery from the bridge 😍 I wonder if anyone was around when that tree collapsed in the distance creating it’s own kind of raft.

I like the shadows in this photo. I think I took it as we were just walking out onto the beach so the trees were overhead and the beautiful view was greeting us 🌴

I felt like a character in a book staring at these trees 🌲 There are so many things you can imagine would be lurking behind them (in truth I think at the far side of them there is an empty park to let pets run free but we can still dream!).

It was a bright day despite the absence of the sun (and twice as hot without it as well πŸ™„πŸ˜‚). I suppose it has been raining a bit lately so I can’t complain! β˜” Everything’s kind of died out because of the suns ray’s so the rain was welcomed by all.

Surprisingly the beach wasn’t that busy, there were more people standing by the arcade and cafes than there were down by the actual sand πŸ˜‚

This is what I wore to the beach! πŸ– It was the first time I wore my comfy Pull & Bear paper bag culottes from my haul and I loved them so much that I also wore them the next day out with my friend! (They still had that new clothing feel so I wanted to make the most of it before popping them in the wash πŸ˜‚).

My Cactus plant 🌡 (look at that head of hair! I don’t envy it in this weather, I’m after chopping a quarter of mine off to cope! πŸ˜‚).

At the beginning of the month I baked jam tarts as I had a friend coming over! We have a mini routine (or should I say ritual) where we relax back with tea and treats but no treats were to be found this time around so I prepared these the day before. I used ready made pastry so it was very quick to throw them together and although some spilled over giving them a messy appearance they were still delicious if I say so myself! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‚

Thank you for reading and checking out the photos! πŸ˜‰ Have a lovely day and take care β˜€β€

  1. I love posts like these, I am much more of a visual person than reading and I was able to fully enjoy without having to concentrate too much! Those jam tarts also look glorious, I made some the other week and they ended up flat with jam and lemon curd everywhere… oops!!

    1. From what I’ve seen it’s a collection of random photos that wouldn’t have otherwise been able to appear on your blog but you want to share so group them together. Thank you so much!! πŸ˜„ True! ❀
